The campus is located in the commercial heart of Tokyo. In Takanawa, there is a famous Soto Zen Buddhist temple Sengaku-ji, where the famous Forty-seven Samurai and their lord are enshrined.

It is very easy to come to downtown in Tokyo by train and subway from Shinagawa, as well as to Osaka and Kyoto by Shinkansen (high speed train).
